Mr Johnson Gomez, the Senior Partner is spearheading the operations of the organisation.  He is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators [CIArb], an international Centre for excellence for the practice and profession of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) based across 149 countries around the globe.  He is also a member of the India Branch of the Society of Construction Law (SCL) and President of its Kerala Chapter.  

 He is the Chairman of Project Complete Lawyer, a program working for reducing the incubation period of law graduate in their transformation as lawyers.  The team of Gomez and Gomez comprises of young lawyers trained under the project.  Hence, the unique blend of the young and the experienced makes all the difference
